WHEN DOES YOUR BLACK FRIDAY SALE BEGIN?
Our BF sale begins on November 16th at 10 a.m. PST for early access subscribers. A code will emailed on November 15th, so make sure you subscribe by the 14th if you want to shop before everyone else!
WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT CODE?
40% OFF!!! The 40% off will automatically be taken off at checkout starting 11/20 at 10 a.m. PST. For early access subscribers, the 40% off code will be sent on 11/15.
ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?
Gift cards are not be eligible for discount. Everything else that is currently on our site is eligible for the discount!
WHAT ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
We are set to have some items restocked during the sale, so keep an eye out on socials for those announcements or sign up to be notified when items come back in stock (select "notify me when available" on the product page).
CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE ON ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS?
Yes, check out our sale page here for even bigger discounts! Note that already discounted items are final sale.
MAKING CHANGES TO ORDERS
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
We can make changes to an order up until our warehouse starts to process the order. Our fulfillment team will start shipping items immediately so please double check your cart before confirming your purchase because we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. If you would like to request a cancellation please email us at info@radriverco.com and include the world "cancellation" in the subject line.
We do not do exchanges. If you need a different size/color than what you originally ordered, please place a new order with the correct size/color and we will do our best to cancel the incorrect items from your original order. Note that we can only make these types of changes up until our warehouse starts to process the order.
SHIPPING
WHEN WILL BLACK FRIDAY ORDERS SHIP?
We will do our best to ship in our usual 1-2 business day timeframe. Please be patient and keep the high volume of orders during this time in mind - our warehouse team works tirelessly and may need an extra day or two!
WHAT WILL SHIPPING COST?
Shipping in the U.S. will be $5 per order with free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.
Shipping outside of the U.S. will be calculated at checkout.
I PLACED A FEW ORDERS. CAN YOU COMBINE MY SHIPPING FEES?
To help our fulfillment team move as quickly and as accurately as possible, we will not be combining orders - even if your previous order has not shipped.
RETURN POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Purchases using the Black Friday discount code are eligible for returns for shop credit for the price paid. We will not be able to exchange the items at the same discounted price. Already discounted items from our final few page are final sale.
I PURCHASED RECENTLY. CAN I STILL GET THE DISCOUNT?
We will not be able to apply the discount retroactively to any orders placed before Thursday, November 16th at 10 a.m. PST.

WHERE CAN I GET SIZING HELP?
You can find our size guide here! Please remember that these are general sizing recommendations and the fit depends on each individual.

We have limited quantities and not all items are that sell out are set to restock, so if you want something, we suggest purchasing it as soon as possible. Please check out the site ahead of time and know your items/sizes.
