Return Policy
Items in our sale section are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or store credit.
Domestic Returns (Within the United States)
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date you received your order.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
- Process: To initiate a return, please complete the return card* included in your package.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure compliance with our policy, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days.
* Please fill out the postcard or include a note in the package with the following info:
1. Return & reason
2. Order number
3. Which option you'd like (Refund or Store Credit + $5)

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.
We don’t do traditional exchanges because availability of items is not guaranteed. Instead, you’re welcome to purchase the replacement item now and the original order refund will be issued once the return of the item is processed.
International Returns (Outside the United States)
Please be advised that at this time, Rad River Co, does not accept returns from addresses outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and ask for your understanding. This policy is due to logistical complexities and the potential for prohibitive costs associated with international shipping and customs procedures.
