Shipping + Returns

 

SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on orders within the U.S. Packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Multiple hats will be shipped in the same package. All orders ship in 1 to 2 business days from Mission Viejo, California and arrive in 2 to 5 additional business days depending on location.

International shipping times vary and shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Please take note that import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country and is out of the control of Rad River Co. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency for costs associated with shipping goods into your country.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges from within the U.S. for hats that are unworn and unwashed within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@radriverco.com. Be sure to include the following:

  • Subject: "Return" or "Exchange"
  • Name (as entered when ordering)
  • Order #
  • Reason for return or exchange (and what item you're exchanging for, if applicable)

From there, we'll email you the appropriate return label. 

When sending your item(s), please ship in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and send to the following address:

For orders returned within the U.S., we deduct $5 to cover return shipping and restocking costs from your total refund.

For orders exchanged within the U.S., we will send a return label at no cost to you and will ship the replacement item(s) to you once the original item(s) is received.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
