Shipping + Returns

Please be aware that packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. 

SHIPPING

Packages within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Multiple hats will be shipped in the same package. All orders ship in 1 to 2 business days* from Mission Viejo, California and arrive in 2 to 5 additional business days depending on location.

International shipping times vary and shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Please take note that import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country and is out of the control of Rad River Co. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency for costs associated with shipping goods into your country.

*Please allow up to 5 business days from the day you placed your order for it to ship during sitewide sales.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges from within the U.S. for hats that are unworn and unwashed within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging and include the packing slip.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All sale items are final sale.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@radriverco.com. Be sure to include the following:

  • Subject: "Return" or "Exchange"
  • Name (as entered when ordering)
  • Order #
  • Reason for return or exchange

RETURNS

Once you've contacted us, we can send you a return label via email or you can ship the package on your own to:

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will refund the cost of the hat(s) back to the original payment method. 

EXCHANGES

To exchange your item, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will email you a store credit code that can be used to order the replacement item(s).
Please note availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.

 We recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.
