Shipping

Packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

If you need to make any changes to your order after it's placed, please email us ASAP at: info@radriverco.com.

Our system is set up to fulfill orders immediately after they're placed to ensure the quickest shipping, so cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed.

Packages within the U.S. will be sent via expedited shipping and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Multiple hats will be shipped in the same package. Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days.

Please note that day-definite delivery is not guaranteed and shipments occasionally take longer than expected due to carrier-related delays that are out of our hands.

International shipping times vary and shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Please take note that import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country and is out of the control of Rad River Co. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency for costs associated with shipping goods into your country.

Returns

We accept returns from within the U.S. for hats that are unworn and unwashed within 30 days of purchase. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging with inserts and tags attached.

Shipping costs on returns are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For returns, we allow two options: refund or store credit + $5.

We don’t do traditional exchanges because availability of items is not guaranteed. Instead, you’re welcome to purchase the replacement item now and a refund can be issued once the return is processed. Please email us if you go this route.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 We recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
