Packages within the U.S. will be sent via expedited shipping and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Multiple hats will be shipped in the same package. All orders ship in 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 2 to 5 additional business days depending on location.

International shipping times vary and shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Please take note that import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country and is out of the control of Rad River Co. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency for costs associated with shipping goods into your country.


We accept returns and exchanges from within the U.S. for hats that are unworn and unwashed within 30 days of delivery during the holiday season (until end of January 2022). Beyond that, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging with inserts and tags attached.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item. Order shipping costs are non-refundable.

All sale items are final sale.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email Be sure to include the following:

  • Subject: "Return" or "Exchange"
  • Name (as entered when ordering)
  • Order #
  • Reason for return or exchange


Once you've contacted us, we will send you a return label via email.

After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will refund the cost of the hat(s) back to the original payment method. Please note the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


To exchange your item, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will email you a store credit code that can be used to order the replacement item(s).
Please note availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.


Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 We recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
