How does sizing work?
Our hats are made with an adjustable velcro back, but please note that head sizes vary.
Size 1 (50 cm): Designed to fit kids aged 9 to 36 months and measures 46 to 50 cm. Velcro is flush at 48 cm.
Size 2 (54 cm): Designed to fit kids aged 3 to 5 years and measures 50 to 54 cm. Velcro is flush at 52 cm.
Size 3 (56 cm): Designed to fit kids aged 6 to 10 years and measures 52 to 56 cm. Velcro is flush at 54 cm.
Adult (58 cm): One size fits most and measures 54 to 58 cm. Velcro is flush at 56 cm.
If you’re unsure of sizing and don’t have a soft measuring tape, place a string/ribbon/shoelace around your or your child's head just above the ears and across the mid-forehead (where they would naturally wear a hat). You want the string to be held in place around the head firmly, but not super tight. Don't stress too much — remember, they’re adjustable! From there, use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the string.
Another option is to measure the inside of a hat that already fits you or your child.

Baby: Designed to fit 0 to 6 months
Toddler: Designed to fit 6 months to 5 years
Youth/Adult: Designed to fit 6 years and up
50 cm: Designed to fit 6 months to 2 years
54 cm: Designed to fit 3 to 6 years
58 cm: Designed to fit M/L adult
60 cm: Designed to fit L/XL adult
How do I clean my hat?
We want your Rad River Co. purchase to last! In order to preserve the quality, we recommend caring for your hats using these guidelines.
01. Grab a clean towel or soft-bristled brush. A toothbrush works well.
02. Add a small amount of gentle soap and cold water to the towel or brush. Dish soap works well. Avoid hot water or soaps with bleach.
03. Gently scrub any stains or soiled areas.
04. Rinse quickly with cool water or wipe down with a wet, clean towel. Avoid fully submerging the hat unless it's waterproof.
05. Let air dry. Avoid drying in direct sunlight.
How long will shipping take?
Packages within the U.S. will be sent via expedited shipping and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Multiple hats will be shipped in the same package. Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. Please note that day-definite delivery is not guaranteed and shipments occasionally take longer than expected due to carrier-related delays that are out of our hands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping times vary and shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Please take note that import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country and is out of the control of Rad River Co. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency for costs associated with shipping goods into your country.
What if my package gets lost?
We highly recommend adding our Green Shipping Protection option so your package is protected. You can select this in your cart before checking out. If you have any shipping issues with lost, damaged, or stolen items, you can simply go to reorder.corso.com to file a claim and receive a replacement. Without the Green Shipping Protection, we are unable to replace missing packages.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns from within the U.S. for hats that are unworn and unwashed within 30 days of purchase. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging with inserts and tags attached. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
To return the item, fill out the postcard that was included in your order. You'll select one of the two available options: refund or store credit + $5. We don’t do traditional exchanges because availability of items is not guaranteed. Instead, you’re welcome to purchase the replacement item now and a refund can be issued once the original return is processed.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Orders can be picked up from our warehouse in Huntington Beach, CA. You can select this option at checkout and your order will be ready within 24 hours (M-F).
Please text 562-508-8249 with your estimated arrival time and order number. Then text again when you've arrived. You can either come in to pick up or we can bring your order to your car.
