Email info@radriverco.com with the subject line: “CUSTOM HAT.” Include your order number, hat style/color, thread color (see options in product images), and your design file or idea.

We’ll confirm available styles/colors and send a digital mockup for approval.
- Once mockup is approved, production will begin.
Orders ship within 1–2 weeks after design approval.
