Kid’s Townshorts in 70s Naupaka
We are so very stoked that our all of our swim products are making a small dent on the ocean plastic pandemic that’s affecting the world today.
We take existing plastic rubbish, largely from discarded plastic water bottles, and break them down to create fine thread fibers that are then blended with our 4-way stretch swim fabric.
This fabric is still flexible, durable, doesn’t take on a ton of water, dries quickly and is still comfortable to the touch.
These eco-recycled 4-way stretch technology Townshorts have a blend of 25% cotton giving them a slightly sturdier feel than our OG 4-way stretch fabric. Still comfy and stretchy to let your little man run and play in or out of the water. This performance fabric is lightweight, stretchy, soft to the touch and fast to dry.

- An inner belt that expands/contracts to help accommodate growing little bodies.
- Stretch-flap fly to make it easy to get on and off with a small patch of Velcro to keep in place with metal-free embroidered drawstring holes.
- Back pocket with metal-free embroidered eyehole for an easy flow of water.

Size 0/1- fits most 6 month-18 month olds
Size 1/2- fits most 18 month to almost 3 year olds
Size 3/4- fits most 3 to almost 5 year olds

Size 7/8- fits like most 7 to almost 9 year olds
9/10- fits most 9 to almost 11 year olds (like traditional 22 inch waist boardshorts)
11/12- fits most 11 to almost 12 year olds (like traditional 24 inch waist boardshorts)
YOUTH 24- fits most 12 to almost 14 year olds (like traditional 24-26 inch waist boardshorts)

FIVE-PANEL HATS
Our hats are made with an adjustable velcro back, but please note that head sizes vary.
Size 1 (50 cm): Designed to fit kids aged 9 to 36 months and measures 46 to 50 cm. Velcro is flush at 48 cm.
Size 2 (54 cm): Designed to fit kids aged 3 to 5 years and measures 50 to 54 cm. Velcro is flush at 52 cm.
Size 3 (56 cm): Designed to fit kids aged 6 to 10 years and measures 52 to 56 cm. Velcro is flush at 54 cm.
Adult (58 cm): One size fits most and measures 54 to 58 cm. Velcro is flush at 56 cm.
If you’re unsure of sizing and don’t have a soft measuring tape, place a string/ribbon/shoelace around your or your child's head just above the ears and across the mid-forehead (where they would naturally wear a hat). You want the string to be held in place around the head firmly, but not super tight. Don't stress too much — remember, they’re adjustable! From there, use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the string.
Another option is to measure the inside of a hat that already fits you or your child.

01. Grab a clean towel or soft-bristled brush. A toothbrush works well.
02. Add a small amount of gentle soap and cold water to the towel or brush. Dish soap works well. Avoid hot water or soaps with bleach.
03. Gently scrub any stains or soiled areas.
04. Rinse quickly with cool water or wipe down with a wet, clean towel. Avoid fully submerging the hat unless it's waterproof.
05. Let air dry. Avoid drying in direct sunlight.
